Now that the project has reached the final milestone of handover to our clients, I wish to take this opportunity, to thank you and your team for all your work on this project.
The project involved a wide range of joinery elements, ranging from kitchen units, built in window seat, entertainment unit, desk/home administration area, and special detailing to wall panelling and an interior door.
This project’s success depended on the joinery work being carried out to a very high standard. Your level of commitment to the high quality of execution of the joinery work, demonstrates that that your company is highly skilled in the many different aspects of bespoke joinery craft.
This project was complex in the demands for the joinery. Your detailed level of thought and organisational skills, combined with clear communication resulted in a highly successful outcome for the project. I respect that questions where asked when required, and that your company was fully engaged in the design process for the project.
You also understand that any building project requires a collaborative effort from all parties involved. You demonstrated a good understanding of the overall requirements of the project, and the co-ordination required with the other contractors, and how important it is to work as a team.
The project was delivered on time and on budget. You also attended to any minor items that required further attention in a timely manner, and these were quickly resolved.
Your craftsmanship and eye for detail is without a doubt some of the best I have experienced in the 20 years I have been working as an Architect.
